Refunds (if applicable). Returns Due to the perishable nature of our products, returns or exchanges are not accepted for any reason for any orders or products sold on ODYSSEYELIXIR.COM Refunds (if applicable) ODYSSEY WELLNESS is not responsible for boxes which are left in apartment building mail rooms, stolen packages, or packages which are otherwise not received after delivery. ODYSSEY WELLNESS carries no responsibility for packages after they are delivered by the carrier. We make every effort to communicate tracking and delivery information to you throughout the order and shipping process. If you have encountered an issue, please contact us.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable). If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact admin@odysseyelixir.com

Sale items (if applicable). Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
